Cabinet Refurbishment

                                 Rusty, porous cabinet base

Cabinet Refurbishment

At Impact Shopfitting we are striving to become one of the market leaders in refrigerated cabinet refurbishment.  Our aim is to save the end user money by extending the life of existing cabinets by 5-10 years.  We do this by installing new stainless steel bases to cabinets which have rusting and porous bases, thus stopping water leaks from saturated carcasses.

As well as fitting new bases, we work to improve the aesthetics of the cabinets by making them look like new.  This can be achieved by changing or overlaying existing painted panels with new powder coated panels or by re-coating and reworking existing panels.  From top to bottom, we can transform a scratched, dented, rusting hulk of a cabinet into a fresh, elegant cabinet that looks like it has just rolled off the production line.

We can carry out our refurbishment works either on or off site.

In today's world, where waste is anathema, we are working hard to  recycle materials such as shelves, back panels, ceiling panels etc, for re-use within our refurbished cabinets.

An Example of the materials we can supply and install:

  • Kick plates
  • Lower front panels
  • Front panels
  • Bump rail
  • Air return grilles
  • Stainless steel bases
  • Base pans
  • Back panels
  • Shelves and ticket strip
  • Ceiling panels
  • Honeycomb
  • Canopies
  • Pipe upstands
  • Gable end walls
  • Hinged and sliding glass doors
